VIRTUAL CULTURE

What do you do, when it seems your people have found their work flow from the comfort of their homes? And are now demanding that more of their work happens at home solo, not together.  Whilst many of you will not have the challenge of staff wanting to work MORE from home (because they cannot), many of us will seriously need to consider the question - what is it that motivates and drives my people in 2020?  In answering this, I will use this newsletter to push you to consider how you are leading your culture right now? After all, do we really need another person reminding us that Culture is King? To help you get the most out of your own thinking I made a quick video, sharing the 3 stages we need to nail, in order to lead culture bloody well, whether that's online and predominantly virtual, or whether that's 100% 5 days a week in person.
